This User Agreement (hereinafter also referred to as “this Agreement”) is concluded between you (hereinafter also referred to as “User” or “Player”) and METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. (hereinafter also referred to as “METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.”). This Agreement has the force of a contract.
Before using the game software provided by METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. (hereinafter also referred to as “METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Game Software”) and related services (the “Game Software and Related Services” are hereinafter also referred to as “METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Game Services”), METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. specially reminds you to carefully read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement, especially clauses that exempt or limit METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.’s liability, clauses that restrict User’s rights, and clauses regarding applicable law and dispute resolution.
If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, you shall not install or use METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Game Software, nor enjoy METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Game Services. Once you click “Accept” and install METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Game Software, or register, start using and/or continue to use METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Game Services, you shall be deemed to have agreed and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
If you are under the age of 18 or not a person with full capacity for civil conduct, you shall read this Agreement accompanied by your guardian, and may use METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Game Services only after your guardian has consented to your use of such services and to all terms of this Agreement.
1. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is the intellectual property right holder of METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Games and/or has obtained legal authorization. All copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights are protected by laws and international treaties.
2. Without METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.’s prior written consent, you may not commercially use METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Games in any manner.
3. The ownership, intellectual property rights and relevant rights and interests of game data generated during your use of METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Game Services shall belong to METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD..
4. “METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.” and related words and LOGOs are trademarks or registered trademarks of METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. and/or its cooperating companies.
5. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Game Services may involve third-party intellectual property rights, and you shall comply with relevant requirements.
6. All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD..
1. You may obtain software from METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.’s official website or authorized third parties.
2. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. may develop different versions for different devices and systems; you shall select the appropriate version.
3. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. may recommend other software during installation; you may choose to install or not.
4. You may uninstall software by yourself if you no longer need it.
5. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to update software or change/ restrict partial functions.
6. Old versions may no longer be usable after new versions are released.
7. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software and services.
8. Commercial use requires separate written authorization from METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD..
9. Without prior written consent, you may not reproduce, copy, de-compile, disassemble, rent, sell, modify or cover up intellectual property information of METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Game Software.
1. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to determine charging methods and fee standards, and adjust them at any time. Specific standards shall be promulgated on App Store, in-game mall and purchase interfaces.
2. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. may establish, add, and modify value-added services and issue virtual currency. Once exchanged for virtual currency, it cannot be exchanged back. Virtual currency is used to purchase virtual items or value-added services within the validity period.
1. Game virtual items include characters, resources, props, etc. Their ownership belongs to METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.; you may only use them in accordance with game rules.
2. Virtual items without marked use period can be used until corresponding services are terminated. Those with marked period shall be withdrawn upon expiration without further notice.
1. You shall register with true, legal, accurate and valid identity information. Real-name information will be used for anti-addiction system and identity verification.
2. You shall properly keep your account and password. Acts under your account shall be borne by you. If your account is abnormally used, you shall notify METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in time and provide identity information for verification.
3. If you do not log in for 365 consecutive days, METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to delete your account and related data.
4. Quick login without registration may cause data loss if not bound in time. You shall not transfer, lease or lend your account to third parties.
1. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. shall protect your personal information security and not disclose it to third parties without permission, except for legal requirements, guardian authorization or judicial/administrative requests.
2. You authorize METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. to collect necessary information for security and experience optimization.
3. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. may include your account in anti-addiction system and take corresponding measures according to laws, policies or guardian requests.
1. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. shall provide METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Game Services in accordance with this Agreement.
2. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. shall keep recharge records of game virtual currency within the time limit prescribed by law.
3. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. shall assist you in retrieving recharge and transfer records after identity verification.
1. You shall equip necessary Terminal Devices.
2. You shall bear telecommunications fees, network usage fees and other related expenses.
3. You shall comply with this Agreement, relevant rules and applicable laws.
4. You shall be responsible for all acts under your game account.
5. You shall not infringe upon METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.’s intellectual property rights or legitimate rights and interests of third parties.
6. You shall respect local laws, ethics and customs.
7. You shall avoid causing METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. to be involved in political and public events.
1. You may not publish illegal content, including content opposing the Constitution, endangering national security, spreading obscenity, gambling, violence, insulting others, promoting cheats, etc.
2. You may not use improper or unfair means, including scanning for bugs, using plug-ins/cheats, modifying data, establishing mirror sites, etc.
3. You may not interfere with normal services, including attacking servers, malicious registration/login, using auxiliary tools, exploiting bugs, passive gaming, etc.
4. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to impose penalties for improper behaviors according to severity.
1. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. may suspend or terminate services if you publish illegal information, commit improper acts or provide false information.
2. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. may interrupt, suspend or terminate game server operation due to maintenance, equipment failure, force majeure, etc., without liability for inconvenience or damage.
3. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. may terminate all or part of services when necessary and give prior notice. You shall handle virtual items by yourself; METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for compensation except unused value-added service vouchers.
1. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Game Services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of error-free, uninterrupted or virus-free.
2. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for losses caused by force majeure.
3. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. may freeze accounts and restore data for abnormalities caused by bugs, viruses or improper behaviors.
4. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for third-party transactions or information.
5. Risks caused by system switching (Android/iOS) shall be borne by you.
6. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by telecom operators, technical defects, viruses, hacker attacks, etc.
7. Consequences caused by your personal mistakes or improper operations shall be borne by yourself.
1. Minors or users with unidentifiable age will be monitored by the anti-addiction system.
2. You shall provide true information for real-name authentication; consequences of untrue information shall be borne by you.
3. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. develops and maintains anti-addiction and parental control systems on an “as is” basis without warranties of complete correctness.
For games containing free combat system, your use shall be deemed to agree to all free battle behaviors and relevant game rules.
Recharge system of standalone games requires network connection. All game data is stored on your Terminal Device; uninstallation or device damage may cause unrecoverable data loss.
Penalties include but are not limited to: warning, mute, temporary/permanent freezing of functions, temporary/permanent login ban, forced offline, account suspension, file deletion, legal liability, organization disbandment, forced nickname modification, temporary restriction of game behaviors, confiscation of improper benefits, etc.
Prohibited behaviors include impersonating the system, promoting illegal websites, using indecent language, spamming advertisements, inciting regional disputes, involving prohibited drugs, disclosing real-life information, promoting/using cheats, promoting power-leveling, off-platform transactions, publishing illegal information, and other harassments. Corresponding penalties will be imposed for violations.
Prohibited behaviors include impersonating customer service, deceiving staff, disobeying instructions, interfering with work, insulting staff, disrupting game order. Penalties include warning, mute, function suspension, login ban, account suspension, legal liability, etc. No staff will ask for account passwords or security codes.
Nicknames and organization names containing illegal, obscene, insulting, misleading or politically sensitive content are prohibited. Violators will face penalties including warning, mute, name change, organization dissolution, etc.
Players shall report discovered bugs. Exploiting bugs or using unauthorized third-party software (cheats, auto tools, speed hacks) is prohibited. Penalties include confiscation of illicit gains, value deduction, function suspension, login ban, data deletion, legal liability.
METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. severely cracks down on account theft, assisting thieves or transferring stolen items. Measures include temporary restrictions, item recovery, login bans, account suspension, data deletion, legal liability.
Fraud behaviors (false promises, impersonation) are prohibited. Penalties include item recovery, value deduction, function suspension, login ban.
Third-party recharge and dishonest refunds are prohibited. Penalties include warning, value deduction, item recovery, function suspension, login ban, account suspension, legal action.
METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. may handle abnormal data with measures including deletion of virtual items, confiscation of illicit gains, data rollback, mute, login ban, isolation, forced logoff, account suspension/deletion.
Profit-focused trading damaging economic balance is prohibited. Penalties include value deduction, item recovery, function suspension, isolation, account suspension, data deletion, legal action.
METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. may take protective measures (temporary suspension) for account theft, hacking or anomalies during investigation.
Public display, copy, distribution or broadcast of game footage via third-party software without written permission is prohibited. Violators face login ban, forced logoff, account suspension and legal liability.
If your violations cause harm to METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. or third parties, you shall bear legal liability and compensate for losses.
METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is not liable for losses caused by force majeure including natural disasters, law/government changes, network failures, viruses, hacking attacks, etc.
METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. does not guarantee accuracy or reliability of third-party links and advertisements. Transactions via third-party sites are solely between users and providers.
METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. strives to maintain service security but is not liable for failed storage or deletion of user content. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to suspend/terminate services for violations.
METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. may revise these terms and post notices. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
All game data generated and stored on METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. servers belong to METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.. Users may lawfully modify, transfer or discard their own account data in compliance with rules.
Notifications may be sent via official websites, in-game announcements, email, phone, SMS, mail or other means.
You authorize METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. to collect user information for agreement performance. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. or partners may send game and product promotions via SMS, call, email, etc.
You retain ownership of uploaded content. You irrevocably grant METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish and create derivative works from such content.
This policy is governed by the laws of Singapore.
Data and technical matters shall be determined by METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. server records. Section headings are for convenience only. Invalid provisions shall not affect the remainder. Failure to exercise rights shall not constitute waiver. METAMEGA TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to modify, supplement, delete or update this agreement.
