Important Notes

1. This User Agreement (hereinafter also referred to as “this Agreement”) is concluded between you (hereinafter also referred to as “User” or “Player”) and Singapore Meta-Mega Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter also referred to as “Meta-Mega”). This Agreement has the force of a contract.
2. Before using the game software provided by Meta-Mega (hereinafter also referred to as “Meta-Mega Game Software”) and related services (the “Game Software and Related Services” are hereinafter also referred to as “Meta-Mega Game Services”), Meta-Mega specially reminds you to carefully read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement, especially clauses that exempt or limit Meta-Mega’s liability (such clauses usually contain expressions like “shall not be liable”, “no obligation”, “does not warrant”), clauses that restrict User’s rights (such clauses usually contain expressions like “shall not”, “may not”, “has no right”), and clauses regarding applicable law and dispute resolution. These clauses shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Such disclaimer, limitation, applicable law and dispute resolution clauses may be marked in bold, colored or other reasonable manners.
3. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, you shall not install or use Meta-Mega Game Software, nor enjoy Meta-Mega Game Services. Once you click “Accept” and install Meta-Mega Game Software, or register, start using and/or continue to use Meta-Mega Game Services, you shall be deemed to have agreed and accepted all terms of this Agreement. You may not raise any defense on the grounds that you have not read/consented to the content of this Agreement or similar reasons thereafter.
4. During your use of Meta-Mega Game Services, you have the right to supervise whether Meta-Mega and its staff provide services in accordance with the standards officially published by Meta-Mega, and may also put forward opinions and suggestions related to Meta-Mega’s products and services to Meta-Mega at any time.
5. If you are under the age of 18 or not a person with full capacity for civil conduct, you shall read this Agreement accompanied by your guardian, and may use Meta-Mega Game Services provided by Meta-Mega only after your guardian has consented to your use of such services and to all terms of this Agreement.

I. Definitions

1. Meta-Mega: The provider of Meta-Mega Game Services, namely Singapore Meta-Mega Network Technology Co., Ltd. Meta-Mega may provide you with Meta-Mega Game Services through its own websites and platforms, partner websites and platforms, or licensor websites and platforms.
2. You: Also referred to as “Player” or “User”. A natural person who obtains a non-commercial license from Meta-Mega through legitimate channels provided by Meta-Mega, thereby installing and using Meta-Mega Game Software or accepting Meta-Mega Game Services.
3. Meta-Mega Game: A general term for games provided and/or operated by Meta-Mega, including but not limited to PC client games, web games, HTML5 games (H5 games), mobile games, TV games, and other games operable on different operating systems and terminal devices. Meta-Mega Games may be provided in software form, in which case they shall also include related software and documentation, as well as updates, upgrades, patches, expansion packs related to the foregoing game products, and may include related network servers, websites (including but not limited to official websites or official WeChat public accounts of the foregoing game products), electronic media, printed materials or electronic documents.
4. Terminal Device: A device on which Meta-Mega Games are installed and used, including but not limited to mobile phones, tablets, computers, mobile smart devices, home game consoles, client devices, wireless routers, operating systems and other necessary software, hardware or Internet access devices.
5. Meta-Mega Game Services: Various operation services related to the foregoing Meta-Mega Games provided to you by Meta-Mega and/or its authorized operators, including the Meta-Mega Game Software itself.
6. Virtual Currency: A type of virtual item designed by Meta-Mega to meet players’ normal entertainment needs in Meta-Mega Game Services, obtained through legal payment channels such as RMB exchange, which may be used to exchange for the right to use various specified game virtual items or value-added services in the game, and is limited to use in specific games.
7. This Agreement: Refers to the main text of this Agreement, Meta-Mega’s Privacy Policy, game rules and their revised versions. Once officially published, the foregoing contents shall constitute an integral part of this Agreement.
8. Game Rules: Refers to user codes, player regulations, game announcements, prompts and notices regarding Meta-Mega Games issued and revised by the provider of Meta-Mega Game Services from time to time.

II. Intellectual Property Rights Statement

1. Meta-Mega is the intellectual property right holder of Meta-Mega Games and/or has obtained legal authorization from legitimate right holders, thereby entitled to provide Meta-Mega Games and/or Meta-Mega Game Services to users. All copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights of Meta-Mega Games (including but not limited to the Meta-Mega Games as a whole and all contents, components or elements involved therein) and all other legitimate rights and interests in operating such Meta-Mega Games, as well as all information contents related to Meta-Mega Games (including but not limited to texts, pictures, audios, videos, charts, interface designs, layout frameworks, relevant data or electronic documents), are protected by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and international treaties acceded to and signed by the People’s Republic of China. Meta-Mega enjoys the foregoing intellectual property rights and legitimate rights and interests, except for the rights that relevant right holders shall enjoy in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
2. Without Meta-Mega’s prior written consent, you may not commercially use Meta-Mega Games (including but not limited to the Meta-Mega Games as a whole and all contents, components or elements involved therein) in any manner.
3. Notwithstanding other provisions of this Agreement, the ownership, intellectual property rights and relevant rights and interests of game data generated during your use of Meta-Mega Game Services shall belong to Meta-Mega, and Meta-Mega shall have the right to store and dispose of such game data. Meta-Mega shall retain the purchase records of users’ purchase of game virtual currency in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and international policies. The retention period of other game data shall be determined by Meta-Mega at its discretion, unless otherwise provided by national laws and regulations.
4. The words and LOGOs (graphics) of “Meta-Mega” and “Meta-Mega Network” embodied in Meta-Mega Game Services, as well as the words and LOGOs (graphics) used in specific services to identify service names or sources (including but not limited to the names, LOGOs and ICONs of Meta-Mega Game Services, and the names, LOGOs and ICONs of developers of Meta-Mega Games and Meta-Mega Game Software), are trademarks or registered trademarks of Meta-Mega and/or its cooperating companies in the People’s Republic of China and/or other countries/regions.
5. Meta-Mega Game Services may involve third-party intellectual property rights. If relevant third parties impose requirements on your use of such intellectual property rights in Meta-Mega Game Services, Meta-Mega shall inform you of such requirements in an appropriate manner, and you shall comply with such requirements.
6. All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by Meta-Mega.

III. License and Restrictions on Use of Meta-Mega Game Software

1. Use of Meta-Mega Game Services may require downloading and installing relevant software. You may obtain such software directly from Meta-Mega’s official website or from third parties authorized by Meta-Mega. If you obtain Meta-Mega Games or games with the same and/or similar names as Meta-Mega Games from third parties not legally authorized by Meta-Mega, you shall be deemed to have not obtained authorization from Meta-Mega. Meta-Mega cannot guarantee the normal use of such games and shall not be liable for any losses caused to you thereby.
2. Meta-Mega may develop different software versions for different terminal devices or operating systems, including but not limited to multiple application versions such as Windows, iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Symbian and BlackBerry. You shall select and download the appropriate version for installation according to actual conditions. After downloading the installer, you shall correctly install it in accordance with the steps prompted by the installer.
3. To provide better and safer services, Meta-Mega may recommend you to install other software during software installation, and you may choose to install or not install them.
4. If you no longer need to use the software or need to install a new version, you may uninstall it by yourself. If you are willing to help Meta-Mega improve its products and services, please inform us of the reason for uninstallation.
5. To ensure the security and functional consistency of Meta-Mega Game Services, Meta-Mega reserves the right to update the software or change or restrict the functional effects of part of the software.
6. After the release of new versions of Meta-Mega software, old versions may no longer be usable. Meta-Mega does not guarantee the continued availability of old software versions and corresponding customer services. Please check and download the latest version at any time.
7. On the premise that you agree to accept all terms of this Agreement, Meta-Mega agrees to grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-profit, revocable, variable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use Meta-Mega Game Software and Meta-Mega Game Services. You may only download, install, log in and use Meta-Mega Games on Terminal Devices within the scope of the foregoing authorization by Meta-Mega, and run legitimate copies of Meta-Mega Game Software in the manner specified by Meta-Mega to enjoy the services provided by Meta-Mega.
8. The license granted to you by Meta-Mega under this Agreement is for personal use only. If you need to use Meta-Mega Game Software and Meta-Mega Game Services beyond the scope of personal use or for any commercial purpose, you shall contact Meta-Mega and obtain separate written authorization from Meta-Mega. Any unauthorized installation, use, access, display, operation or commercial use shall constitute infringement against Meta-Mega.
9. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, without Meta-Mega’s prior written consent, you may not conduct the following acts (whether for profit or not):
   1. Reproduce, copy, de-compile, disassemble, distribute and display all or part of the programs, user manuals and other graphic, audio and visual materials of Meta-Mega Game Software, or conduct reverse engineering on any functions or programs of Meta-Mega Game Software;
   2. Publicly display and play all or part of the contents of Meta-Mega Games and/or Meta-Mega Game Services;
   3. Rent, sell Meta-Mega Games and/or engage in any profitable or non-profitable acts by using Meta-Mega Games;
   4. Modify or cover up service names, company logos, trademark and/or copyright information, other intellectual property right statements and other contents on Meta-Mega Game programs, images, animations, packaging and manuals; and/or
   5. Other acts in violation of trademark laws, copyright laws, Computer Software Protection Regulations, relevant laws and regulations, and any applicable international treaties.

IV. Fee Policy

1. Meta-Mega reserves the right to determine the charging methods and fee standards of Meta-Mega Games and Meta-Mega Game Services, to determine different charging methods and fee standards at different stages for Meta-Mega Games and Meta-Mega Game Services, and to adjust the charging methods or fee standards at any time as needed.Specific charging methods and fee standards, including but not limited to the charging standards of Meta-Mega Games, the right to use virtual items in games and the specific charging standards of value-added services (if any), shall be promulgated by Meta-Mega in the general form of the online game industry on game modules such as the App Store or other APP release channels, in-game item malls and item purchase interfaces.You are obliged to read carefully before making a choice. Once you choose to download paid Meta-Mega Games, purchase the right to use relevant virtual items or accept relevant services, you shall be deemed to have fully understood and accepted the corresponding charging methods and fee standards.
2. Meta-Mega reserves the right to establish, add and modify value-added services and issue virtual currency in games as needed.Virtual currency is obtained by exchanging RMB. Once RMB is exchanged into virtual currency, it shall be deemed that the RMB has been used, and virtual currency cannot be exchanged back into RMB. Virtual currency is used to purchase the right to use relevant virtual items or accept relevant value-added services.Where charging items are based on your purchase of the right to use virtual items or acceptance of other value-added services, if the valid use period of such virtual items or the valid service period of value-added services expires (whether or not you have actually used or enjoyed the services), or the valid use or service times are exceeded, Meta-Mega shall have the right to take measures to cancel your right to use the foregoing virtual items or stop providing value-added services.

V. In-Game Virtual Items

1. Game virtual items (or “virtual items” for short) include but are not limited to game characters, resources, props (including but not limited to weapons, mounts, pets, equipment in games), etc. Their ownership belongs to Meta-Mega, and you may only use them in games in accordance with game rules under lawful circumstances.
2. For various virtual items in games, if there is no special mark on the use period, you shall be deemed to be able to use them continuously after obtaining the right to use until the corresponding Meta-Mega Game Services are terminated. If there is a special mark on the use period, the use period shall be subject to the specially marked period. Upon expiration of the use period, Meta-Mega reserves the right to withdraw the right to use at any time without further notice to you (the use period, once commenced, shall not be interrupted, suspended or recalculated for any reason).

VI. Registration, Use and Safekeeping of User Accounts

1. You undertake to register a Meta-Mega account or other accounts recognized by Meta-Mega with your true, legal, accurate and valid identity information and other relevant information, and accept Meta-Mega Games and experience Meta-Mega Game Services with such accounts (hereinafter also referred to as “Accounts”), and shall not conduct real-name registration with others’ identity materials. You agree that the true and accurate personal identity information provided by you upon registration shall be the sole evidence for determining the association between you and the game account and your identity, and the identity information shall not be changed once registered.You fully understand and agree that, to judge or verify whether the relevant real-name registration information provided by you is true and valid, Meta-Mega reserves the right to provide your real-name registration information to third parties for sorting, storage, comparison and other processing. Meta-Mega will apply your real-name registration information to the anti-addiction system in accordance with relevant national requirements, that is, Meta-Mega may judge whether you are a minor and your age range, whether the real-name identity information you submitted is standard or whether real-name verification is passed based on your real-name registration information, so as to decide whether to impose anti-addiction restrictions on your game account.
2. Use and Safekeeping of User Accounts
   1. Meta-Mega reserves the right to review whether the identity information provided by you upon registration is true and valid, and shall actively take reasonable measures such as technical and management measures to ensure the security and validity of user accounts. You are obliged to properly keep your user account and password, and correctly and safely use your own account and password. Either party who fails to fulfill the foregoing obligations and causes losses to your or others’ civil rights or interests due to loss of account password, theft of user account, etc., shall bear the legal liabilities arising therefrom.
   2. You shall enjoy rights and bear liabilities in accordance with the law for acts generated under your user account.
   3. Once you find that your user account or password is illegally used by others or there is abnormal use, you shall timely handle it in accordance with the handling methods published by the account service provider, and shall have the right to promptly notify Meta-Mega to take measures to suspend the login and use of such user account.
   4. Where Meta-Mega takes measures to suspend the login and use of a user account upon your notification, Meta-Mega reserves the right to require you to provide personal valid identity information or certificates consistent with your registered identity information and to further verify such information.
   5. If Meta-Mega verifies that the personal valid identity information or certificates provided by you are consistent with the registered personal valid identity information, it shall take corresponding measures in accordance with your request or specific circumstances (including but not limited to suspending the login and use of the user account). Meta-Mega shall not be liable for any losses caused to you or other users due to taking corresponding measures at your request.
   6. If you fail to provide your personal valid identity information or certificates, or the personal valid identity information or certificates provided by you are inconsistent with the registered personal valid identity information, Meta-Mega reserves the right to reject any of your requests. Any losses caused thereby shall be borne by you.
   7. To protect your legitimate rights and interests, after you provide Meta-Mega with personal valid identity information consistent with your registered identity information and such information is verified and confirmed by Meta-Mega, Meta-Mega shall legally provide you with necessary assistance and support such as account registrant certification and original registration information, and provide relevant evidence and information to relevant administrative and judicial authorities as needed.
   8. If you do not log in to the game for 365 consecutive days, starting from 24:00 on the 365th day, Meta-Mega reserves the right to take measures to delete your user account and any records of such user account in the game database (including but not limited to data such as characters, levels, virtual items and virtual currency), and the deleted data cannot be recovered.
3. If you choose to log in to the game quickly without registering a user account through “Quick Play”, “Guest” or other similar convenient modes (hereinafter referred to as “Quick Mode”), please bind your user account in time after logging in. If you fail to bind your user account, all your game data in Quick Mode will be unretrievable and unrecoverable once you uninstall or reinstall Meta-Mega Games, or your Terminal Device (including operating system) is damaged and Meta-Mega Games cannot be started normally. Any losses caused thereby shall be borne by you.You understand and agree that you may not provide your registered Meta-Mega account or other accounts recognized by Meta-Mega to third parties for use in any manner, including but not limited to transfer, lease, lending, etc. Otherwise, all legal consequences and liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by you, and Meta-Mega reserves the right to take one or more measures specified in Article XVI of this Agreement against your game account, and all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by you.

VII. Protection and Collection of User Information

1. When Meta-Mega requires you to provide information related to your personal identity, it shall publicly disclose its privacy protection policy and personal information utilization policy to you in a clear and conspicuous manner in advance, and take necessary measures to protect the security of your personal information.Meta-Mega shall not provide, disclose or share personal identity information such as your name, personal valid ID number, contact information and home address in user registration data to any third party without your permission, except under the following circumstances:
   1. You or your guardian authorize Meta-Mega to disclose or use such information;
   2. Relevant laws require Meta-Mega to disclose such information;
   3. Judicial or administrative authorities require Meta-Mega to provide such information pursuant to legal procedures;
   4. Meta-Mega initiates litigation or arbitration against you to protect its legitimate rights and interests; and/or
   5. Providing your personal identity information in response to the legitimate request of your guardian.To protect your privacy and regulate the use of your personal information, Meta-Mega has formulated the Privacy Policy. Please visit Meta-Mega’s official website to read the content of such policy in detail.
2. In addition to the foregoing personal information, you agree and authorize Meta-Mega to collect other necessary information from you for reasons such as security and user experience optimization, provided that Meta-Mega may only collect and use such information for the purpose of performing this Agreement.
3. You understand and agree that Meta-Mega reserves the right to include your game account in the corresponding anti-addiction system and take corresponding anti-addiction measures under any of the following circumstances:
   1. The system judges whether you are a minor and your age range; or
   2. The real-name identity information you submitted is non-standard; or
   3. Your real-name verification failed; or
   4. Logging in as a guest; or
   5. Meta-Mega has reasonable grounds to believe that inclusion in the anti-addiction system is necessary; or
   6. Other circumstances required by national laws, regulations and policies.For game accounts included in the corresponding anti-addiction system, we reserve the right to take one or more of the following measures in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations and policies, this Agreement, other relevant rules and systems, or at the reasonable request of your guardian:
   7. Provide information related to your game (including but not limited to login information and recharge transaction information of your game account) to your legal guardian, so that your legal guardian can timely or synchronously understand your game situation;
   8. Limit the consumption quota of your game account;
   9. Take technical measures to block certain games or certain functions of games, or limit your game time or duration;
   10. Cancel or delete your game account and relevant information such as game data;
   11. Other reasonable measures required by your legal guardian or deemed appropriate by Meta-Mega to restrict or prohibit your use of Meta-Mega Games;
   12. Relevant measures required by national laws, regulations or policies.

VIII. Obligations of Meta-Mega

1. Meta-Mega agrees to provide you with Meta-Mega Game Services through the Internet or other forms in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
2. Meta-Mega shall keep recharge records of game virtual currency for you within the time limit prescribed by law.
3. During your use of game virtual currency, you have the right to request Meta-Mega to assist in retrieving recharge records and transfer records of game virtual currency. Meta-Mega reserves the right to require you to provide personal valid ID cards or relevant certificates consistent with your registered identity information in the manner required by Meta-Mega. If Meta-Mega verifies that the personal valid identity information or relevant certificates provided by you are consistent with your registered identity information, it shall provide such assistance. If you fail to provide your personal valid identity information or relevant certificates, or the personal valid identity information provided by you is inconsistent with your registered personal valid identity information, Meta-Mega reserves the right to reject any of your requests. Any losses caused to you or other users thereby shall be borne by you.

IX. Obligations of Users

1. You shall equip yourself with Terminal Devices required for installing, using and operating Meta-Mega Games or using Meta-Mega Game Services.
2. You shall bear telecommunications fees, network usage fees and other expenses related to such services paid for Internet access.
3. Comply with the provisions of this Agreement and other relevant rules and systems (including but not limited to agreements, user codes, player regulations, game rules, game announcements and notices issued and revised by Meta-Mega on its official website, game official website, official WeChat public account or in games from time to time); comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China (if you are a user outside the People’s Republic of China, you shall also comply with the laws and regulations of your country or region).
4. You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all acts under your game account, including but not limited to any content you publish and all consequences arising therefrom.
5. Except for using Meta-Mega Game Services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, you shall not commit any acts infringing upon Meta-Mega’s intellectual property rights or interests, or other acts harming the legitimate rights and interests of Meta-Mega or other third parties.
6. During your use of Meta-Mega Game Services, you shall comply with relevant laws and regulations of your country or region and respect local ethics and customs. If your acts violate local laws, regulations or ethics and customs, you shall independently bear responsibilities therefor.
7. You shall avoid causing Meta-Mega to be involved in political and public events due to your use of Meta-Mega Game Services, otherwise Meta-Mega reserves the right to suspend, terminate or cease providing services to you. Meanwhile, Meta-Mega reserves the right to immediately stop providing all or part of services to all your registered Meta-Mega Passport accounts, and you shall independently bear all responsibilities therefor.

X. Improper Game Behaviors

1. You shall independently bear responsibilities related to the information content you publish. In particular, you may not publish the following content:
   1. Opposing the basic principles determined by the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China;
   2. Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;
   3. Harming national honor and interests;
   4. Inciting ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination and undermining ethnic unity;
   5. Undermining national religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
   6. Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
   7. Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crimes;
   8. Insulting or slandering others and infringing upon others’ legitimate rights and interests;
   9. Promoting or abetting the use of cheats, private servers and Trojans;
   10. Publishing any content judged inappropriate or unapproved by Meta-Mega;
   11. Containing other contents prohibited by laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
2. You may not use Meta-Mega Games, Meta-Mega Game Services or participate in Meta-Mega Game activities through improper or other unfair means. Unless permitted by the laws of the People’s Republic of China or authorized by Meta-Mega in writing in advance, you may not engage in the following acts:
   1. Scan, probe or test the game software to detect, discover or find possible BUGs or vulnerabilities therein;
   2. Reproduce, modify, add, delete, mount or create any derivative works of data released to any terminal memory during the operation of the game software or software, interactive data between the client and the server during software operation, and system data necessary for software operation, in forms including but not limited to accessing the software and relevant systems by using plug-ins, cheats or unauthorized third-party tools/services;
   3. Modify or forge instructions and data during software operation, add, reduce or change software functions or operation effects, or operate or publicly disseminate software or methods used for the foregoing purposes, whether or not such acts are for profit;
   4. Use Meta-Mega Games and Meta-Mega Game Services through third-party software, plug-ins, cheats or systems not developed or authorized by Meta-Mega, or produce, publish or disseminate third-party software, plug-ins, cheats or systems not developed or authorized by Meta-Mega;
   5. Use, rent, lend, reproduce, modify, link, reprint, compile, publish, issue or establish mirror sites for contents of Meta-Mega Games in which Meta-Mega owns intellectual property rights or interests;
   6. Establish mirror sites related to Meta-Mega Games, take web snapshots, or provide services identical or similar to Meta-Mega Game Services for others by means of setting up servers;
   7. Separate any part of Meta-Mega Games for separate use or conduct other uses inconsistent with this Agreement;
   8. Use, modify or cover up the names, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of Meta-Mega Games; and/or
   9. Other acts not expressly authorized in writing by Meta-Mega.
3. You may not interfere with Meta-Mega’s normal provision of software and services, including but not limited to:
   1. Attacking or intruding into Meta-Mega’s website servers or overloading website servers; cracking or modifying Meta-Mega Game Software programs provided by Meta-Mega;
   2. Illegal and/or malicious registration or login to games, including but not limited to malicious batch registration of game accounts and login to games by means of undermining server authentication or malicious server crowding;
   3. Attacking or intruding into Meta-Mega’s game servers/game server programs or maliciously committing acts that may cause game server downtime, lag, or other players to disconnect, delay or otherwise unable to play games normally;
   4. Producing, publishing, disseminating or using any form of auxiliary tools or programs that hinder game fairness (including but not limited to “cheats”, which refer to all programs independent of game software that can affect game operations while games are running, including but not limited to simulating user operations, changing operating environments, modifying data, forging device information, forging IP information, etc.);
   5. Exploiting program loopholes and bugs (Bugs) to damage the game environment, disrupt the normal progress of games or disseminate such loopholes and bugs (Bugs);
   6. Unreasonably interfering with or hindering others’ use of software and services provided by Meta-Mega;
   7. Using Meta-Mega Game Software in abnormal or illegal ways (including but not limited to logging into private game servers using Meta-Mega Game Software);
   8. Logging into games in abnormal ways (including but not limited to logging into games using third-party software or systems not developed, authorized or recognized by Meta-Mega);
   9. Maliciously damaging service facilities or disrupting normal service order by using cheat software or robot programs;
   10. Modifying, translating, annotating, sorting, compiling or deducting Meta-Mega Game Software without Meta-Mega’s authorization;
   11. Exploiting possible technical defects or vulnerabilities of Meta-Mega Game Software or online game systems to profit for yourself and others in various forms (including but not limited to copying game virtual items) or engaging in other improper acts;
   12. Passive gaming acts that damage other users’ game experience, including but not limited to maliciously injuring or killing teammates, malicious teaming, maliciously giving points or losing points, passive AFK, quitting, intentionally feeding kills, and other passive gaming acts that damage user game experience;
   13. Other improper acts widely recognized in the industry.You agree that monitoring data in Meta-Mega Game programs and in-game performance shall be taken as the basis for judging whether you have cheated in games by using cheat programs.
4. For improper game behaviors described in Items 1 to 3 of this Article, Meta-Mega reserves the right to take one or more handling measures specified in Article XVI of this Agreement against you according to the severity of the circumstances in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and relevant game rules, and may announce the handling results.

XI. Interruption, Suspension and Termination of Services

1. Suspension and Termination of Services to Users
   1. If you publish illegal information, seriously violate social morality, or commit other acts in violation of legal prohibitions, Meta-Mega reserves the right to immediately terminate providing services to you.
   2. If you commit improper acts while accepting Meta-Mega Game Services, Meta-Mega reserves the right to terminate providing services to you. Meta-Mega may not terminate providing services to you unless the specific circumstances of such improper acts are clearly agreed in this Agreement or belong to prohibited acts for which service termination is expressly informed by Meta-Mega in advance.
   3. If you provide false registered identity information or commit acts in violation of this Agreement, Meta-Mega reserves the right to suspend providing all or part of services to you. Meta-Mega shall notify you of the suspension period when taking suspension measures, which shall be determined by Meta-Mega based on relevant circumstances (unless otherwise prescribed by laws and regulations for such suspension period). Meta-Mega shall promptly resume providing services to you upon expiration of the suspension period.
2. Interruption, Suspension and Termination of Game Server Operation
   1. For the normal operation of game servers, Meta-Mega needs to conduct regular downtime maintenance on game servers or emergency downtime maintenance for unexpected events. Please understand the normal service interruptions and suspensions caused by the foregoing circumstances, and Meta-Mega will endeavor to limit the interruption time to the shortest possible.Meta-Mega reserves the right to terminate or interrupt all or part of services provided by game servers under any of the following circumstances, and shall not be liable to you or third parties for any inconvenience or damage arising therefrom:
      1. Regular inspection or construction, updating software and hardware, etc., Meta-Mega reserves the right to suspend services, but will complete maintenance and update work as soon as possible;
      2. Game servers are damaged and cannot operate normally;
      3. Sudden failures of software and hardware equipment and electronic communication equipment;
      4. Line failures or other failures of network providers;
      5. In case of emergency in accordance with the provisions of law or for the personal safety of you and third parties;
      6. Third-party causes or other force majeure circumstances.
   2. Meta-Mega reserves the right to terminate all or part of Meta-Mega Game Services when it deems necessary, and shall give prior notice in accordance with current laws and regulations. Regardless of the reason for termination of Meta-Mega Game Services, you shall take corresponding measures to handle game virtual items by yourself, including but not limited to canceling or stopping using user accounts, game virtual items and other related matters. You may not require Meta-Mega to bear any form of compensation or liability other than unused vouchers for value-added services you have purchased due to the full termination of Meta-Mega Game Services, including but not limited to claims for compensation due to inability to continue using user accounts, game virtual items, etc.

XII. Disclaimer

1. Meta-Mega Game Services are provided to you on an “as is” basis. Meta-Mega does not warrant that Meta-Mega Game Services are error-free and uninterrupted, all defects have been corrected, or Meta-Mega Game Services will not be damaged by viruses or any other factors. Unless expressly provided by law, Meta-Mega hereby expressly disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability, accuracy, completeness, freedom from viruses, errors or non-infringement of Meta-Mega Game Services.
2. In no event shall Meta-Mega be liable for any losses suffered by you during your use of Meta-Mega Game Services due to force majeure. Such force majeure events include but are not limited to national laws, regulations, policies and orders of state organs, or other unpredictable, unavoidable and insurmountable events such as earthquakes, floods, snowstorms, fires, tsunamis, typhoons, strikes and wars.
3. Meta-Mega Games may cause abnormalities in your account data such as game characters, game props, game equipment and game currency due to game software bugs, version update defects, third-party virus attacks or any other factors. Before the cause of data abnormality is identified, Meta-Mega reserves the right to temporarily freeze the game account. If it is found that the data abnormality is caused by abnormal game behaviors, Meta-Mega reserves the right to restore the game account data to the original state before the abnormality occurred (including but not limited to recovering transferred data from third parties), and Meta-Mega shall not be liable to you therefor.
4. Meta-Mega does not authorize you to obtain game accounts, game props, game equipment, game currency, etc. from any third party through purchase, gift or other means. Meta-Mega shall not be liable for third-party transactions and shall not accept complaints arising from disputes over any third-party transactions.
5. You understand and agree that whether to trust and use any information or data obtained through Meta-Mega Games and Meta-Mega Game Services depends entirely on yourself, and you shall bear all risks arising from such trust and use, including system damage, data loss and any other risks. Meta-Mega does not warrant any information issued by third parties mentioned in Meta-Mega Games and Meta-Mega Game Services. Advertisements, links or other promotional content placed by third parties in Meta-Mega Games are provided by them on their own, and you shall judge their authenticity by yourself. Meta-Mega does not make any express or implied warranty for their promotional content.
6. You understand and agree that there is an objective situation of non-intercommunication between different operating systems (such as Android and iOS), which is not caused by Meta-Mega, and may result in your recharge and game data in one operating system not being smoothly transferred to another operating system. Risks such as recharge losses and game data losses caused by your switching between different systems shall be borne by you, and you may not require Meta-Mega to bear any liability therefor.
7. Meta-Mega shall not be liable for service interruptions, loss, garbling, incorrect reception, non-reception, delayed reception of data or short message content sent by you caused by failures of domestic and foreign basic telecom operators’ fixed and mobile communication networks, various technical defects, coverage limitations, force majeure, computer viruses, hacker attacks, your location, user shutdown, partner factors, intentional or negligent acts of others or other reasons beyond Meta-Mega’s technical capabilities involved in this Agreement.
8. Any consequences caused by your personal mistakes, errors or improper operations shall be borne by yourself, and Meta-Mega shall not provide any compensation or remedy.

XIII. Anti-Addiction System

1. If you are under the legal age (or Meta-Mega cannot identify your age), your in-game activities will be monitored by the “Game Anti-Addiction System”. If you have more than one Meta-Mega account, the “Game Anti-Addiction System” will apply to all your Meta-Mega accounts at the same time.
2. You need to provide true and complete information so that Meta-Mega can identify your identity and submit real-name authentication information to relevant authorities. Any consequences arising from untrue information provided shall be borne by yourself.
3. Under existing technical conditions, Meta-Mega will make reasonable commercial efforts to develop and maintain the “Minor Parental Control System”, “Game Anti-Addiction System” and real-name authentication system in accordance with the requirements of relevant regulatory authorities, and provide them to you on an “as is” basis. Due to the inevitable technical limitations and external influences on all links of system operation, Meta-Mega does not warrant that the systems are free of any vulnerabilities, that the systems can operate normally at any time, or that the supervision or authentication effects are completely correct and true or meet your needs. Meta-Mega provides no express or implied warranties other than those expressly prescribed by applicable laws and shall not be liable therefor.

XIV. Special Provisions on Combat System

Certain Meta-Mega Game Services may contain a combat system in which users can battle each other freely. For such Meta-Mega Game Services containing a combat system, once you click “Accept” and install the corresponding Meta-Mega Games, or register, start using and/or continue to use the corresponding Meta-Mega Games or Meta-Mega Game Services, you shall be deemed to have agreed to all free battle behaviors in the game combat system and to abide by the game rules of free battles.

XV. Special Provisions on Standalone Games

In Meta-Mega Game Services mainly consisting of standalone games, the recharge system can only be used after connecting to the Internet. If you use the recharge system to recharge, recharge information will be confirmed through the Internet. In Meta-Mega Game Services mainly consisting of standalone games, all game data will be stored on your Terminal Device. Once you uninstall or reinstall Meta-Mega Games, or your Terminal Device is damaged and Meta-Mega Game Software cannot be started normally, all your game data will be unrecoverable. If you need to store game data on game servers, you need to connect to the Internet for data storage operations.

XVI. Types and Definitions of Penalties

Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, if you violate the provisions of this Agreement, you may be subject to one or more of the following penalties:

1. Warning: A warning is only an educational guidance for players violating game rules, and is a method for normal management of game operation;
2. Mute: Close part or all chat channels of violating players, forcibly suspend the online dialogue function of player user accounts, so that player user accounts cannot dialogue with other players until the penalty expires or is canceled;
3. Temporary freezing of part or all in-game functions: Restrict the game characters of violating players and limit their partial game operations until the penalty expires or is canceled;
4. Permanent freezing of part or all in-game functions: Restrict the game characters of violating players and limit their partial game operations permanently without lifting or releasing;
5. Temporary login ban: The user accounts of violating players shall be temporarily unable to log in to use one or more games provided by Meta-Mega within a certain period of time until the penalty expires or is canceled;
6. Permanent login ban: The user accounts of violating players shall be permanently unable to log in to use Meta-Mega Game Services;
7. Forced offline: Forcibly log out violating players from the current game and terminate the execution of their current game programs;
8. Account suspension: Suspend or permanently terminate the right of violating players’ game accounts to log in to Meta-Mega Game Services;
9. File deletion: Delete the character files of violating players in the game world so that such characters no longer appear in the game world;
10. Legal liability: If a player’s improper acts cause damage to others or Meta-Mega or violate current legal provisions, the violating player shall bear corresponding civil, administrative or criminal liabilities in accordance with the law. Meta-Mega reserves the right to claim compensation from the player for losses suffered by Meta-Mega due to the player’s illegal and rule-breaking acts (including direct economic losses, reputation or goodwill losses suffered by Meta-Mega, as well as compensation payments, settlement fees, attorney fees, litigation fees and other indirect losses paid by Meta-Mega to external parties);
11. Disbandment of organization: Disband in-game organizations established by players;
12. Forced nickname modification: Forcibly modify the names of players’ game characters or teams;
13. Temporary restriction of game behaviors: The user accounts of violating players shall be restricted from using part or all game services within a certain period of time;
14. Other penalty measures: Including but not limited to confiscation of improper benefits (such as game virtual items obtained by players through improper means), deduction of values (including but not limited to experience points), deletion of community posts, blocking of community accounts, suspension, interruption or termination of services, and other handling measures announced by Meta-Mega through game rules.You acknowledge and agree that: (1) During account suspension, game virtual currency, game equipment, game currency and other game props in your game account may be unavailable; (2) If the foregoing game virtual currency, game equipment, game currency and other game props have a certain valid period, such valid period may expire during account suspension, and you will not be able to use such expired game virtual currency, game equipment, game currency and other game props after your game account is unsuspended.

XVII. In-Game Anti-Harassment Rules

Meta-Mega advocates that players be responsible for their words and deeds, and play games in a civilized and healthy manner. If a player commits any of the following circumstances specified in this Article, he/she will be punished in accordance with the provisions of this Article.

1. Impersonating the system: In games, any act of impersonating the system to distribute or disseminate false information to other players through various means or behaviors may be subject to one or more of the following penalties according to the circumstances: warning; mute; temporary freezing of part or all in-game functions; permanent freezing of part or all in-game functions; temporary login ban; permanent login ban.
2. Illegal websites: To maintain purity and harmony in the game world, anyone promoting illegal websites may be subject to one or more of the following penalties according to the circumstances: warning; mute; temporary freezing of part or all in-game functions; permanent freezing of part or all in-game functions; temporary login ban; permanent login ban.
3. Indecent language or behavior: In games, any act of distributing or disseminating indecent information through various means or behaviors may be subject to one or more of the following penalties according to the circumstances: warning; mute; temporary freezing of part or all in-game functions; permanent freezing of part or all in-game functions; forced offline; temporary login ban.
4. Spam advertising information: Mass dissemination of identical, similar phrases or meaningless content, as well as any information irrelevant to the game (including but not limited to screen spamming), or posting or disseminating information that defames, insults, maliciously attacks the game or Meta-Mega, or other false information, may result in one or more of the following penalties depending on the circumstances: warning; mute; temporary suspension of some or all in-game functions; permanent suspension of some or all in-game functions; forced logoff; temporary login ban; permanent login ban.
5. Regional Division: Any act that incites regional disputes through various means in the game may result in one or more of the following penalties depending on the circumstances: warning; mute; temporary suspension of some or all in-game functions; permanent suspension of some or all in-game functions; forced logoff; temporary login ban; permanent login ban.
6. Prohibited Drugs or Related Conduct: Any conduct involving prohibited drugs in the game may result in one or more of the following penalties depending on the circumstances: warning; mute; temporary suspension of some or all in-game functions; permanent suspension of some or all in-game functions; forced logoff; temporary login ban; permanent login ban.
7. Real-Life Information Disclosure, Personal Attacks, Threats and Insults: Any violent conduct not directly related to the game world (including but not limited to verbal violence such as personal attacks, insults, threats, etc.), as well as disclosing any in-game or real-life information of other players or Meta-Mega staff, may result in one or more of the following penalties depending on the circumstances: mute; forced logoff; temporary suspension of some or all in-game functions; permanent suspension of some or all in-game functions; temporary login ban; permanent login ban; account suspension; data deletion; legal liability.
8. Promoting or Using Trojans, Cheats, Viruses, etc.: Any act of distributing, disseminating or using Trojans, cheats, viruses or related information through any means in the game may result in one or more of the following penalties depending on the circumstances: mute; temporary suspension of some or all in-game functions; permanent suspension of some or all in-game functions; temporary login ban; permanent login ban; forced logoff; account suspension; data deletion; legal liability.
9. Promoting Power-Leveling Services: Any act of distributing or disseminating power-leveling information through any means in the game may result in one or more of the following penalties depending on the circumstances: mute; temporary suspension of some or all in-game functions; permanent suspension of some or all in-game functions; temporary login ban; permanent login ban; forced logoff; account suspension; data deletion.
10. Promoting or Conducting Off-Platform Transactions: Users may only trade in-game virtual items within the game or through Meta-Mega authorized trading platforms (if any). Meta-Mega shall severely crack down on and penalize users who recharge or conduct transactions on any unauthorized recharge platforms or other trading platforms (including but not limited to third-party recharges or purchases of in-game virtual items). Upon verification, Meta-Mega reserves the right to take various measures depending on the circumstances, including but not limited to one or more of the following: warning; deduction of in-game values; temporary freezing or recovery of virtual items; temporary suspension of some or all in-game functions; permanent suspension of some or all in-game functions; forced logoff; account suspension; data deletion; and other technical measures to prevent such conduct. For serious cases, Meta-Mega reserves the right to pursue legal liability.
11. Promoting or Publishing Illegal Information or Seriously Violating Public Order and Morals: Any speech or conduct in violation of national laws or public morality in the game, including but not limited to promoting or participating in gambling, promoting cults, etc., shall result in one or more of the following penalties: warning; mute; forced logoff; temporary suspension of some or all in-game functions; permanent suspension of some or all in-game functions; temporary login ban; permanent login ban; data deletion; legal liability.
12. Other Harassment: In addition to the above circumstances, any other harassment in violation of laws, regulations, public morality or game rules may result in one or more of the following penalties depending on the circumstances: warning; mute; temporary suspension of some or all in-game functions; permanent suspension of some or all in-game functions; temporary login ban; permanent login ban; forced logoff; account suspension; data deletion; legal liability.

XVIII. Rules for Interaction with Game Customer Service Personnel

1. During gameplay, players may contact Customer Service for various reasons. Meta-Mega shall provide official contact channels to facilitate communication. Players may submit issues through official channels, and Customer Service shall provide efficient and quality service.
2. While interactions are intended to assist players, players must comply with relevant rules. Meta-Mega shall seriously handle the following conduct:
   1. Impersonating the System or Customer Service: Players found impersonating the system or customer service may be reported via official channels for verification. Upon confirmation, severe penalties shall be imposed.
   2. Deceiving or Attempting to Deceive Customer Service: Players shall not exploit trust to deceive or attempt to deceive Customer Service, including but not limited to misleading staff, refusing to provide information, providing false information, or any attempted “scamming” of support staff. Severe penalties shall apply.
   3. Disobeying or Ignoring Customer Service Instructions: Players shall cooperate with instructions to maintain fair play and game order. Disregarding or obstructing such instructions may result in penalties.
   4. Interfering with Customer Service Work, including:
      1. Requesting free virtual items (including but not limited to in-game resources, equipment);
      2. Repeatedly contacting support with non-substantive requests;
      3. Sending duplicate requests for already resolved issues.
   5. Insulting or Maliciously Attacking Customer Service: Verbal abuse or malicious attacks on support staff are prohibited and shall result in severe penalties.
   6. Disrupting Game Order: Inciting other players to engage in abnormal behavior (including but not limited to global chat spamming).
3. Violations of any item in Section 2 may result in one or more penalties: warning; mute; temporary suspension of some or all in-game functions; permanent suspension of some or all in-game functions; temporary login ban; permanent login ban; forced logoff; account suspension; data deletion; temporary service suspension; legal liability.
4. Password Recovery: For forgotten or lost passwords, players shall first attempt self-recovery via bound mobile phone or email. If unsuccessful, contact official Customer Service with relevant materials for verification and processing.
5. For players logging in via Meta-Mega authorized partner accounts, password issues shall be resolved directly with the account provider (the authorized partner).Notice: No Customer Service or Meta-Mega staff will ask for account passwords, security codes or similar information in-game. Players shall verify identities to avoid losses.

XIX. Naming Rules

While players may create character nicknames and guild/organization names, Meta-Mega prohibits names containing, without limitation, racial/religious content, national political content, state leaders, obscene/vulgar language, defamation/threats, religious figures, staff names, offensive or insulting content, misleading content, prohibited drugs, or other content violating laws, regulations or public order and morals.

Violators may receive one or more penalties: warning; mute; temporary suspension of some or all in-game functions; permanent suspension of some or all in-game functions; forced logoff; temporary login ban; permanent login ban; name change; organization dissolution.

XX. Exploiting Game Bugs and Third-Party Software Rules

1. Game bugs refer to flaws or unreasonable defects in game systems, programs or settings. Players are obligated to report discovered bugs to Customer Service. Directly or indirectly exploiting bugs for profit, disrupting order or personal gain is strictly prohibited. Upon verification, penalties may include: confiscation of illicit gains; deduction of values (including but not limited to experience); forced logoff; temporary suspension of functions; permanent suspension of functions; temporary login ban; permanent login ban; data deletion; legal liability.
2. Unauthorized third-party software refers to files or programs that provide in-game advantages but are not part of Meta-Mega’s official software, including cheating bots and auxiliary tools (such as auto-leveling, auto-looting, auto-questing, speed hacks or other operations exceeding game design). Severe penalties shall apply, including but not limited to: confiscation of illicit gains; value deduction; temporary or permanent function suspension; forced logoff; temporary or permanent login ban; data deletion; legal liability.
3. External third-party software may adversely affect the game, causing lag, frequent disconnections or crashes. It may also infect devices with viruses, spyware or malicious programs, and may steal personal information such as account credentials stored on devices.

XXI. Account Theft and Related Conduct

Meta-Mega severely cracks down on account theft and related conduct (including but not limited to stealing accounts, game data, personal information, assisting thieves, or transferring stolen virtual items). Upon verification or at the request of authorities, Meta-Mega may immediately impose restrictions: temporary gameplay limits, recovery of virtual items, temporary or permanent login bans, account suspension, data deletion. For serious cases, legal liability may be pursued.

If you receive virtual items obtained by others through theft, gifting, selling, transferring or distribution, Meta-Mega reserves the right to recover such items to protect victims and fair play. During investigations, Meta-Mega may request cooperation including login restrictions, online or offline communication.

XXII. In-Game Fraud

Fraud refers to obtaining virtual items or property through false promises, fabricating facts, concealing truth, misleading, impersonation or confusion for illegal gain. This includes similar-named scams, friend impersonation, official impersonation, etc. Penalties include: recovery of virtual items; value deduction; temporary or permanent function suspension; forced logoff; temporary or permanent login ban.

Virtual items obtained from fraudulent activities and transferred to you may be recovered to maintain fairness.

XXIII. Improper Recharge Conduct

1. Third-Party Recharge Prohibited: Users may only recharge in-game or via Meta-Mega authorized platforms. Unauthorized third-party recharges (including but not limited to Taobao.com) are strictly prohibited and penalized. Measures include warning, value deduction, recovery of virtual items, temporary or permanent function suspension, forced logoff, login bans, account suspension, data deletion and technical prevention. Serious cases may face legal action.
2. Dishonest Recharge Refunds: After successful purchase of virtual items or premium services, users with concerns must contact official Customer Service instead of issuing chargebacks. Users who retain benefits after refunds face penalties: warning, value deduction, suspension or recovery of services/items, function suspension, forced logoff, account suspension, data deletion and technical measures. Meta-Mega reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal liability for serious cases.

XXIV. Abnormal Data Handling

If Meta-Mega detects abnormal data or illegal/improper conduct (including but not limited to exploiting bugs to boost stats or rankings), it may investigate and apply one or more measures:

1. Delete virtual items
2. Confiscate illicit gains
3. Data rollback or reset
4. Mute
5. Temporary login ban
6. Permanent login ban
7. Temporary isolation
8. Permanent isolation
9. Forced logoff
10. Account suspension
11. Account deletion

Users shall not hold Meta-Mega liable for such actions.

XXV. Illicit Profit-Seeking

Meta-Mega provides games for entertainment, not real-world monetary gain. Profit-focused trading that damages in-game economic balance is prohibited. Examples include:

1. Multi-accounting for profit
2. Farming and selling virtual items
3. Cross-server arbitrage
4. Acting as a middleman for account/item trades for fees
5. Trading accounts/items on unauthorized platforms
6. Focusing on selling items over character development
7. Using game features for gambling, theft or other illegal activities
8. Other profit-seeking conduct unrelated to normal gameplay

Penalties: value deduction, item recovery, function suspension, isolation, account suspension, data deletion, technical prevention. Legal action may apply for serious cases.

XXVI. Character Protection

If you report account theft, hacking or anomalies, or Meta-Mega detects suspicious activity, protective measures (including temporary suspension) may be applied during investigation. Please submit materials as instructed to lift protection.

XXVII. Game Footage Usage

Without prior written permission from Meta-Mega, you may not publicly display, copy, distribute or broadcast all or part of game footage via third-party software. Violations may result in temporary login ban, forced logoff or account suspension, with Meta-Mega reserving the right to pursue legal action.

XXVIII. Damages and Compensation

If your violations cause harm to Meta-Mega or third parties, you shall bear legal liability. Meta-Mega may recover virtual items, claim losses and seek reasonable enforcement costs.

XXIX. Force Majeure

Meta-Mega is not liable for losses caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, changes in laws or government orders, network infrastructure failures, equipment or internet defects, viruses, hacking attacks, and other unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable events.

XXX. Links and Advertisements

Links on Meta-Mega’s websites, official WeChat accounts and in-game may lead to third-party sites for reference only. Meta-Mega does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of external content, and no employment, agency or partnership exists with such parties.

Advertisements are provided by advertisers who assume responsibility. Transactions via linked sites or ads are solely between users and providers; Meta-Mega accepts no liability.

XXXI. Information Storage, Security and Service Limitations

Meta-Mega strives to maintain service security but is not liable for failed storage or deletion of user content. Meta-Mega reserves the right to judge compliance and suspend, interrupt or terminate services for violations.

XXXII. Amendment and Effectiveness

Meta-Mega may revise these terms and post notices on relevant pages. Users may review the latest version on official sites. Continued login or use after revisions constitutes acceptance. Non-acceptance requires ceasing use of Meta-Mega game services.

XXXIII. Game Data

All data generated and stored on Meta-Mega servers during gameplay (including account, character, level and virtual item data, excluding personal identity data such as name, ID number and phone number) belong to Meta-Mega as part of its game software. Users may lawfully modify, transfer or discard their own account data in compliance with rules.

XXXIV. Notices

Notifications may be sent via official websites, in-game announcements, WeChat, email, phone, SMS, QQ, mail or other means.

XXXV. User Information Usage

You authorize Meta-Mega to collect user information (including real-name registration data, game data and other security/experience-related information) for performance of this agreement. Usage complies with applicable laws.

You also agree that Meta-Mega or its partners may send game and product promotions via SMS, call, email or other channels using collected information.

XXXVI. Intellectual Property Rights of User-Generated Content

Meta-Mega respects intellectual property rights. You retain full ownership of content you upload or post. You irrevocably grant Meta-Mega and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, translate, publish, perform, display and create derivative works from such content.

XXXVII. Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Mainland of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict of law rules. This agreement is executed in Jing’an District, Shanghai. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably; if unsuccessful, submit to the People’s Court of Jing’an District, Shanghai.

XXXVIII. Miscellaneous

Data and technical matters shall be determined by Meta-Mega server records, which are guaranteed authentic.

Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force.

Failure to exercise rights shall not constitute waiver thereof.

Meta-Mega reserves the right to modify, supplement, delete or update this agreement.
