Meta-Mega collects and uses your personal information that you voluntarily provide during the use of the services or generated due to the needs of the products and/or services in accordance with laws and regulations and the principles of legitimacy, lawfulness and necessity. If we intend to use your personal information for other purposes not specified in this Privacy Policy, or use the collected information for other purposes based on specific purposes, we will promptly inform you in a reasonable manner and obtain your consent again before use.

The types of your personal information we collect and use fall into two categories:

We hereby specially remind you that due to the wide range of our game products and services, there may be differences in the built-in functions, processes and game activity designs of different games, so the core business functions (including the types of your personal information collected) and additional business functions may also vary accordingly, subject to the actual provision of the products/services. In addition, you understand and agree that we strive to provide you with complete products and services, so we will continuously improve our products and services, including technologies, and game products and services are also constantly iterating. This means we may frequently launch new business functions that require the collection of new personal information or change the purpose or method of using personal information. If a function or product/service that requires the collection of your personal information is not described in this Privacy Policy, we will separately explain to you the purpose, content, method and scope of such information collection by updating this Privacy Policy, page prompts, pop-ups, in-game announcements, forum announcements, etc., provide you with the option to voluntarily consent, and collect such information after obtaining your explicit consent. During this process, if you have any doubts about relevant matters, you may contact us through the methods provided in Section 10 of this Privacy Policy, and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

We will collect your real-name identity information (including full name, ID number) and mobile phone number with your consent or upon your voluntary provision to complete real-name authentication. If you log in to the Meta-Mega Services by associating a third-party account, we may obtain your real-name verification information (sensitive personal information) from such third party with your authorization to complete real-name authentication. The real-name identity information you provide will be compared with the data sources of authoritative data platforms; real-name authentication will be successful if the information matches. Such information is sensitive personal information, and refusal to provide real-name identity information may result in your inability to enjoy all game functions or corresponding restrictions during the use of the Meta-Mega Services. If you log in and use Meta-Mega games without real-name authentication, we will provide services in guest mode for a cumulative duration of no more than 60 minutes, with only partial functions available in guest mode; users will not be able to conduct recharge operations, chat or use other functions prohibited by competent authorities. To ensure function realization, Meta-Mega needs to assign a randomly generated exclusive identifier to you based on your device information, so we will apply for permission to access your device information (for Android devices, this permission may be named "Phone Permission", "Read Phone Status and Identity", the same below), and only record browsing records in [Guest] status locally on the device. During this process, Meta-Mega will apply for device storage permission to facilitate recording log information, cache, etc.

Refusal to grant the aforementioned permissions may result in your inability to use our relevant products and services.
  4. When you use the Meta-Mega Services, we collect your game log information, such as login logs, item logs, store purchase logs, activity logs, guild logs, level-up logs, chat logs, etc., so that you can view your game history on the client, and for game operation statistical analysis, customer service complaint handling, game anti-cheating analysis and other game experience optimization analysis.
  5. When you post information through text, pictures, voice, video and other means or interact with other players during the use of the Meta-Mega Services, we may collect and store the above information content you send to filter and monitor inappropriate content such as pornography, violence, politics, insults and malicious advertisements, so as to purify the game environment and maintain a healthy online environment.
  6. To protect the security of your game account, create a fair, healthy and safe game environment, and combat behaviors that damage the fair game environment or interfere with or disrupt the normal provision of game services (such as detecting pirated copies, scanning plug-ins, preventing cheating, etc.), we collect your game application information, device information (device ID, device serial number, device manufacturer, device name, device type and version, device model, device style, etc.), online identity information, operating system and process information, network environment information and game crash records.

Recharge records and consumption records are sensitive personal information, and the collection of such information is necessary to realize the consumption functions of the Meta-Mega Services; otherwise, transactions cannot be completed.
  9. When you interact with other users through voice and video (such as real-time battle voice), we require you to authorize access to your device’s microphone, camera and other permissions to provide you with voice chat, live interaction and other functions. Refusal to grant such permissions will only disable the corresponding functions, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of the products and/or services. Meanwhile, you may enable/disable such permissions at any time through the system permission management page of your device.
  10. Participation in certain specific in-game events may involve taking photos, screenshots, scanning QR codes, and recording videos. If you intend to use such functions, we will access your device camera and/or device recording (microphone) related permissions, and collect pictures and video information you voluntarily upload to us after scanning QR codes, taking photos or shooting videos (for specific in-game events such as AR camera events, we may track your face during the process to prompt you to move your face properly to ensure you are in the frame, but we do not collect any facial information during this process). Refusal to grant such permissions will only disable the corresponding functions, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of the products and/or services. We will collect your geographic location information after your authorization and consent. Precise geographic location information is sensitive information; refusal to provide such information will only disable the corresponding specific functions, but will not affect your normal use of other Meta-Mega Services, and you may revoke your geographic location information authorization at any time.
  12. To better provide core and additional functions of the Meta-Mega Services, our products may contain third-party SDKs. You agree that they will directly collect and process your information (e.g., in the form of embedded code, plug-ins) to ensure the proper functioning of the functions. The collection and processing of information by such SDKs shall be governed by the respective privacy policies of the SDK service providers, not this Privacy Policy. To protect your information security to the greatest extent, we recommend that you carefully review their privacy policies. To safeguard your legitimate rights and interests, if you find any risks in such SDKs or other similar applications, we recommend that you immediately terminate relevant operations and contact us promptly.
